Key Responsibilities
Represent
GCL
as a direct point of contact with customers.
Identify, target, and acquire potential customers within your designated territory.
Achieve assigned sales and margin targets.
Conduct outbound calls and follow up on potential leads.
Utilize
Odoo CRM
to manage customer information before and after sales calls.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers through consistent follow-ups and account management.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings to promote GCL's products and services.
Skills
2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency with
CRM systems
.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed.
Outstanding customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, Hindi & Punjabi is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
