We're looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven

Sales Representative

to promote and sell our immigration services. In this role, you'll communicate directly with potential clients, understand their needs, and help them choose the most suitable immigration programs. If you enjoy building connections, explaining complex information clearly, and achieving goals, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

Introduce company services and immigration programs to potential clients through online and in-person channels. Identify client needs and provide tailored recommendations based on their background and goals. Follow up with leads, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure a positive consultation experience. Collaborate with the consulting and processing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and follow-up. Contribute to marketing and promotional activities, including social media updates and information sessions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport. Strong sense of responsibility, persistence, and customer service awareness. Self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills. Previous experience in sales or customer service (experience in the immigration or education industry is an asset). Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
