Elani Wellness is a modern, nervous-system-focused wellness studio in Vancouver offering massage therapy, acupuncture, physiotherapy, and holistic programs for stress and burnout recovery. We're growing quickly and are looking for an energetic, people-driven Sales Representative to help spread the word and fill our schedule with new clients.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Elani Wellness in the community -- connecting with local residents, professionals, and businesses to introduce our services. You'll hand out flyers, engage with people directly, and build partnerships with nearby offices, condos, and corporations.

If you're outgoing, persuasive, and passionate about wellness, this is the perfect role to earn strong commissions while helping people discover something that truly makes a difference.

What You'll Do:

Approach individuals and groups in-person to promote Elani Wellness services and programs Hand out flyers and encourage bookings through our online system Visit nearby offices, apartment complexes, and local events to form referral relationships Assist with setting up community promotions, pop-ups, or local marketing campaigns Track outreach efforts and report results weekly Represent Elani Wellness with professionalism, warmth, and confidence

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Comfortable initiating conversations and approaching people in-person Reliable and self-motivated -- you'll often work independently Interest in wellness, health, or fitness a plus Sales or brand ambassador experience preferred (but not required)

Compensation:

$20/hour + commission

on every client or corporate deal generated
Bonus opportunities for hitting weekly targets
