The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, expanding our customer base through strategic sales activities, and supporting daily operations in our store when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and exceptional customer service.
Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, lead generation, and territory management to expand the customer base.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze sales performance.
Deliver engaging product demos and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our products and services.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, focusing on upselling opportunities and maintaining long-term partnerships.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Answer phone calls and assist customers in-store
as needed, providing excellent front-line customer service.
Support daily store operations
, including assisting walk-in customers, preparing orders, and maintaining showroom appearance.
Provide back-up support for administrative duties
when required.
Assist in the showroom and with international orders
as needed.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (preferably in the packaging or related industry).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for client meetings (if applicable).
