As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Duties
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, lead generation, and territory management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Manage accounts effectively to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, for tracking sales activities and managing customer interactions.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while upselling additional products or services as appropriate.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or business development.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including lead generation and territory sales management.
Familiarity with CRM software; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Strong analytical skills for assessing market conditions and performance metrics.
Experience in technology sales or technical sales is preferred but not required.
Ability to conduct product demos effectively to diverse audiences.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
