As a

Hastens Sales representative and sleep advisor

, you will have the unique opportunity to connect with a discerning clientele, including high-net-worth individuals and renowned interior designers. You will play a pivotal role in introducing Hastens to these influential tastemakers by building lasting relationships and driving sales growth through a consultative approach.

The role extends beyond a single transaction. You will guide clients through a comprehensive

bed fitting

process, analyzing spine posture to find the perfect tension and mattress configuration. Your responsibilities include meticulous order confirmation and managing post-sale logistics and communication to ensure a seamless client experience. You will also provide ongoing support, including bed maintenance consultations, to foster long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, with a focus on trade customers. Guide clients through personalized bed fittings, assessing needs and recommending tailored solutions. Manage end-to-end sales, including processing deposits, confirming complex order details (size, tension, accessories), and coordinating with our internal team and external suppliers. Communicate with clients regarding delivery logistics, including scheduling and aligning with third-party movers. Assist with the planning and execution of in-store events and other marketing initiatives. Provide regular sales forecasts and insights to management. Adhere to all sales processes, policies, and procedures. Support daily store operations, including answering phone calls and maintaining a clean, professional environment.

Experience and Qualifications

Required:

A sincere interest in health and wellness, with a passion for educating clients on the profound benefits of quality sleep. A proven track record of building trust and long-term relationships with discerning clients through a consultative sales approach. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail. A proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to handle logistics and solve problems to ensure a seamless client experience.

Preferred:

Previous experience in luxury home furnishings, interior design, or high-end retail where a consultative sales approach was essential. Experience or interest in supporting marketing efforts, including social media or in-store events. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, design, or a related field.
