What You'll Be Doing:
Meeting with customers
face-to-face
to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Building trust and strong relationships through great customer service. Reaching sales goals with the support of our training and coaching programs. Representing our brand with professionalism and a positive attitude.What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills - you're clear, confident, and know how to connect with people. A professional, friendly approach when interacting with customers and teammates. Someone who enjoys working with people and building relationships. Good problem-solving instincts and the ability to think on your feet. Solid time management and the motivation to hit personal and team targets.
