Duties
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outside sales efforts and market research
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize revenue while meeting client needs
Develop tailored solutions for clients by understanding their business requirements and presenting appropriate products or services
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including follow-up and account management.
Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status
Conduct analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits, especially for technology or specialized products
Engage in business development initiatives to expand into new markets or industries
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, and Medical Equipment sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
Strong business development capabilities and account management expertise
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
Analytical skills to interpret market data, sales metrics, and customer insights for strategic planning
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships
Ability to communicate fluently to serve a diverse customer base effectively
Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques that support sales growth
Technical aptitude relevant to the products or services being sold, enabling effective technical sales presentations
