Overview


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products/services to achieve sales targets. If you enjoy communication, building relationships, and earning based on performance, this role is for you.

Duties



Engage with customers and understand their needs Present, promote, and sell products/services effectively Build and maintain strong customer relationships Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service Maintain accurate sales records and reports Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies Develop and execute strategic outside sales plans to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts Conduct B2B sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively Assist in developing business development strategies to penetrate new markets or industries

Skills



Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development roles Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively Previous sales experience is an asset (training provided for the right candidate) Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Ability to persuade and close sales Customer-focused attitude Basic computer skills (email, CRM, or POS systems) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and professional

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in retail, inside sales, or outside sales Knowledge of CRM systems Multilingual abilities (English required, other languages an asset)
