Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in outside sales, management, and business development, with a focus on B2C sales and customer relationship management. Duties



Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base. Manage territory sales by developing strategic plans to maximize coverage and revenue growth. Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software such as Salesforce. Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase account value. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness. Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Assist in managing a team of sales professionals if applicable, providing guidance in sales management strategies.

Requirements



Proven experience in outside sales, B2C sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and account management. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead tracking and analysis. Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and negotiations. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of motivation. Knowledge of marketing strategies related to business development and lead generation techniques. Experience in technical or technology sales is a plus, along with familiarity in retail or direct sales environments. Strong analysis skills for evaluating market data and identifying growth opportunities. Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently within a fast-paced environment. Pay: $45,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
