Overview

We are looking for an energetic and driven

Field Sales Representative

to join our growing team. In this role, you will visit restaurants across Toronto to introduce and onboard them to our food-supply ordering app. The ideal candidate is confident in face-to-face selling, comfortable traveling throughout the city, and motivated by commission-based earnings. This is a

full-time, permanent position

Key Responsibilities

Visit restaurants daily to pitch, demonstrate, and sign them up for our food-supply ordering app. Build strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and staff to promote long-term adoption. Generate new business leads and consistently meet weekly onboarding targets. Explain app features, pricing, and benefits clearly and professionally. Conduct follow-ups with interested prospects to close deals. Maintain accurate logs of visits, leads, and completed sales. Represent the brand professionally while working in the field across downtown Toronto.

Compensation

$xxx commission per restaurant signed up

or

$20 base per successful visit

, whichever is higher for the week. Weekly payouts. No gas or mileage reimbursement (majority of work is in downtown Toronto / TTC-accessible areas).

Experience & Requirements

Minimum

1 year of field sales experience

(B2B, door-to-door, or outside sales preferred). Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills. Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers. Ability to travel throughout downtown Toronto daily (must have reliable transportation or use TTC). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor.

Pay: $700.00-$2,500.00 per week
