Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join our team in Canada. Based in the local area, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and strengthening relationships with existing clients, supporting our mission to provide premium meat products through effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
Identify new business opportunities within the meat industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct outside sales activities to promote our products.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand presence.
Provide excellent customer service and support post-sale.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities using Salesforce.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the food or meat industry.
Strong negotiation and business development skills.
Ability to manage accounts and foster long-term relationships.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Analytical mindset with good understanding of market analysis.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
