Position: Sales & Marketing Representative

Sales & Marketing Representative

to expand our market reach and grow sales within the design and construction community. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury design, relationship-building, and achieving outstanding results. It offers

commission-based compensation with unlimited earning potential

for high performers.

Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and secure new clients -- including designers, contractors, builders, architects, and cabinet makers. Present and promote NOIR VELVET's exclusive hardware collections, emphasizing design, quality, and craftsmanship. Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility. Attend design expos, trade shows, and networking events to generate new leads and strengthen industry connections. Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide expert product knowledge and support throughout the sales process.

Requirements

Proven track record in sales, ideally within luxury interiors, cabinetry hardware, or high-end construction materials. Strong marketing and business development acumen with a goal-oriented mindset. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Compensation

Commission-based structure with substantial earning potential.
