. Every conversation you lead helps shift adult smokers toward alternatives with responsibility, compliance, and with real impact. Your energy, confidence, and consistency directly drive conversions and campaign success.

What you'll do


==================

Engage & educate adult smokers in-person at key retail locations, convenience stores, and pop-ups. Own the conversation: qualify, demo, and confidently handle objections to convert interest into sales. Deliver a standout experience; warm, professional, and compliant every time. Execute field operations: set up/tear down displays, maintain tidy branded areas, restock materials. Report like a pro: submit accurate, on-time results (traffic, interactions, trials, sales), upload photos/videos, and share live feedback. Train & improve continuously: attend ongoing (paid) trainings, coaching, and audits to stay sharp on product knowledge, sales skills, and safety protocols. Collaborate: share tips, wins, and content in team chats to help everyone level up.

Integrity & compliance: you deliver strong sales while strictly following ID verification and regulatory requirements.

Must-haves


===============

Legal age to discuss adult products and eligible to work in Canada. Comfortable working in licensed venues and retail environments. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Clear background check (completed during onboarding). Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry 25-50 lbs. Availability for 4-7 hour shifts, including some evenings/weekends; ability to travel between locations.

Nice-to-haves (assets)

Field sales/brand ambassador experience. Experience in highly regulated categories. Experience in Smoke-Free products a HUGE plus

What you'll get


===================

$27/hour + health stipend + performance bonus. Paid training, ongoing coaching, and a supportive, high?energy team. 25-30 hours per week on average (with potential to increase based on campaign needs and success).

How success is measured


===========================

Quality conversations with adult consumers. Trials and conversion rate to sales. Accuracy & timeliness of reports. Reliability (attendance, punctuality), and adherence to brand & legal guidelines. Positive venue and consumer feedback.
