We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective outside sales strategies, fostering strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and customer service skills to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential clients.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business development goals.
Engage in outside sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate leads.
Conduct negotiations with clients to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing sales data.
Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and effectively communicating features and benefits to clients.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable.
Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus.
Excellent analysis skills to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in English is a must.
