Sales Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a

dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative

fluent in

English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), and Filipino

to join our expanding sales team. This is a client-facing role focused on

outside B2B sales

, building lasting relationships, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and the ability to work across multiple cultural and linguistic markets.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute effective sales strategies to win new clients and grow existing business accounts. Conduct outside sales activities including

prospecting, cold calling, and networking

. Leverage multilingual skills to engage diverse clients and close high-value deals. Provide excellent account management through regular communication and client support. Work closely with the marketing team to synchronize sales initiatives with promotional campaigns. Use Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) to track sales activities and manage client relationships. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies. Provide technical insights on products and services to address customer needs. Maintain high standards of

customer service

by responding quickly and efficiently to client inquiries.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in

outside sales

, ideally in a

B2B environment

.

Fluency in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), and Filipino

is required. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a persuasive communication style. Experience in

business development and account management

is a strong asset. Familiarity with technology sales and marketing strategies is preferred. Proficiency in CRM tools like

Salesforce

. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team. Ability to adapt communication style to suit diverse client profiles.

Pay: $34,400.00-$70,000.00 per year
