Economy Optical is looking for Sales Associates.

We are a boutique optical serving downtown Toronto. Our Optical are located at the corner of Yonge and College with an Optometrist Office connected to us.

Our hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. We are closed on weekends.

This is an in-person full time position.

The sales associate help customers with:

frame selection, style suggestions, completing work-orders, processing insurance, supporting our Optometrist's Office, and maintaining a clean environment.
We work as a team and have a no-pressure approach to assisting our customers and try to maintain a relaxed environment.

We are looking for a Sales Associate with:

A positive and professional attitude with customers and fellow staff; 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service; Familiarity with computers; Strong communication skills; Fluent in English (Spanish/French/Mandarin/Cantonese is an asset); Ability to multi-task; and Ability to respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
This is a full-time position and requires a 40+ hour / week commitment. We are not currently offering part-time positions at this time.
