Job Description
Nella Cutlery was established and has been serving the food industry since 1952. We import, manufacture, and distribute a full line of food service equipment and supplies used in supermarkets, delicatessens, convenience stores, restaurants, casinos and more.
Our retail team is the face of our organization. They're hardworking and go above and beyond to help customers, whether it be finding a particular item in one of our stores or answering questions and recommending solutions. They provide exceptional service day in and day out, putting customers first and making positive experiences unforgettable.
Responsibilities:
Engage in conversation to determine client needs, directing them to products and services Display a professional, courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers Consistently deliver high-quality service with a focus on customer engagement Efficiently identify customer needs and determine how to address them Sell organization's products/services where applicable, and provide customers with a high level of service Handle customer transactions responsibly and accurately Maintain professional appearance and attitude Develop and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed Perform additional duties as required
Requirements:
2 years of Customer Service experience
Previous retail or food industry experience is an asset
Being bilingual is an asset!
