Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools for account management and tracking sales activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings based on customer feedback.
Provide technical sales support as needed, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role.
Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus.
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management.
Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the industry.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
