Capital Staffing Solutions is looking for a passionate and driven National Business Development Representative with at least 2-3 years of experience selling within the Recruiting Industry to join our winning team. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

Responsibilities: You will be prospecting leads, cold calling, and building relationships with clients. In this role, you will source leads, call clients, identify opportunities, build credibility by staying up to date with current industry news and economic updates, negotiate contracts, and assist recruiters to fill job orders to earn bonuses.

Job duties will be measured for success through KPIs and metrics to achieve monthly goals:
  • Provide analytical recruiting reports to the team on industry trends, client trends, and seasonal trends.
  • Actively source leads for new business (contracts/orders).
  • Design and implement an overall outreach strategy to build a consistent pipeline that exceeds targets.
  • Cold call prospects to uncover opportunities.
  • Use creative means, strategies, and campaigns to identify opportunities, build relationships with clients, and provide high-level service.
  • Manage a monthly pipeline of $150K+ in potential business.
  • Deliver a minimum monthly target of $50K in closed revenue.
  • Collaborate with your recruiters to set expectations for any active orders received.
  • Manage the sales cycle with your recruiters and end clients to close active job orders.
  • Search and develop new markets to improve sales.
  • Contact potential clients to establish relationships.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of work experience as a Sales Representative (staffing agency recruiter experience is an asset).
  • Ability to manage the sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Proven track record of overdelivering targets.
  • Effective negotiation skills to manage the sales process.
  • Strong business acumen is a MUST.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Indeed, Trello, Salesforce.
