We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective business development strategies and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise, with a focus on outside sales.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
Engage in outside sales activities to identify potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships and pursuing new business opportunities
Conduct negotiations with clients to close deals effectively
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing sales data
Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing client inquiries
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
Requirements
Minimum 5- 7 years Experience in sales
Proven experience in outside sales
Familiarity with technology sales is highly desirable
Excellent analytical skills for assessing market trends and customer needs
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
