Duties



Engage in outside sales activities to identify and cultivate new client relationships Develop and execute strategies for business development to expand market share Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to maximize sales opportunities Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and outreach efforts Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and client requirements Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service

Skills



Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles Strong negotiation and business development skills Excellent account management abilities with a focus on building long-term relationships Familiarity with marketing strategies and analysis skills for market segmentation Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms Ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations Customer service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable for expanding outreach to diverse markets Technical aptitude related to the products or services being sold is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.75-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
