Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a driven and confident Cold Calling Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior experience in telephone handling and outbound sales--credit card sales, telemarketing, or similar roles. You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls and converting prospects into customers.
Responsibilities
Make a high volume of outbound cold calls daily Present products and services confidently to potential customers Build rapport and handle objections effectively Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM Consistently meet and exceed sales targets Maintain professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in telephone sales, telemarketing, or credit card sales Strong communication and persuasive skills Ability to stay resilient and motivated in a fast-paced sales environment Fluency in English is required;
knowledge of Hindi or Punjabi (or both) will be considered a strong asset
