We are a fast-growing group of businesses in British Columbia, operating across four industries including logistics, transport, and service-based operations. We're looking for a Sales Superstar who's eager to succeed, driven to build relationships, and excited about the role!
You'll work directly with the owner and have direct exposure to multiple businesses with long-term growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls and send cold emails to targeted leads
Manage and grow a lead pipeline using CRM and outreach tools
Set appointments and nurture relationships with prospects
Track activity, leads, and conversions with attention to detail
Collaborate with the business owner for strategy and support
Achieve weekly performance goals (KPI-based)
What You Bring:
Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation
Strong communication and persuasion skills (written and verbal)
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet goals
Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management systems
Based in BC with understanding of the local market
Bonus: Experience in logistics, transport, or B2B services
