We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth within their assigned territory. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to At Proline Painting Ltd., we're known for our top-quality commercial, residential, and industrial painting -- with a strong specialization in parkade line painting and surface marking. We're expanding rapidly and are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our team and help bring our services to more clients across the Lower Mainland.
What You'll Be Doing:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in commercial painting, residential repainting, and parkade/parking lot line painting
Perform on-site visits to assess project scope and prepare quotes
Build long-term relationships with property managers, business owners, and contractors
Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
We're Looking For
Previous sales experience (construction, property management, or painting industry preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-starter with a go-getter attitude
Ability to read drawings/plans is a plus
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or business development environments.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections in the sales process.
A strong desire to learn about our products and industry to better serve customers.
