Duties

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service. Conduct outside sales activities to identify new business opportunities and expand market reach. Analyze market trends and customer needs to provide insights that drive sales strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences. Present product offerings to potential clients, demonstrating how our technology solutions can meet their needs. Follow up on leads and conduct regular check-ins with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in technology sales. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer requirements effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and manage client accounts effectively. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is desirable. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $55,000.00-$121,479.45 per year
