We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with clients, managing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while effectively negotiating and closing sales.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Build strong rapport with clients and understand their vehicle needs
Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
Follow up with leads and maintain relationships using CRM tools
Close deals while ensuring a smooth customer experience
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
Collaborate with finance and management teams to finalize transactions
Skills
Valid BC driver's license with clean driving record
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales experience (automotive or related field preferred, but not required)
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in English; second language is an asset (e.g., Punjabi, Hindi)
