Morden Doors LTD has been serving the industry since the year 2000. We manufacture Thermofoil, Acrylic and Painted Kitchen Cabinet Doors. Our primary aim is to focus on the excellent environmental performance of each product. We utilize advanced, high-quality machinery and cutting-edge technology to ensure the delivery of superior-quality doors to our valued customers.

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, the incumbent will develop and maintain customer relationships, analyze market trends, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, a keen interest in technology sales, and a steadfast commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers Build relationships with customers. Representative will ensure the development of new customers and the retention of existing customers. Maintain updated information for customer records Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline Resolve customer inquiries and complaints Create sales material to present to customers Daily use of CRM program to update and monitor the progress of clients

Experience

Reliable and on time. Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position. Ability to build rapport with clients. Strong negotiation skills. This position requires travel 75% of the time. Valid driver's license and great driving record. Proficiency in English with excellent speaking skills; Hindi are appreciated but not necessary.
