We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-based structure. This role is ideal for a competitive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about cars and customer service. As a Car Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling vehicles in a manner that provides satisfaction to customers and meets or exceeds dealership sales targets.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and guide clients as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
• Assist the customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs by using in-depth knowledge of our inventory.
• Conduct test drives, present vehicle options, and features, and explain financing and warranty details.
• Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customers' vehicles.
• Follow up with potential customers and build relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to reach sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
• Keep up-to-date with new products, features, accessories, and attend product training as required.
Qualifications:
• Proven sales experience, automotive sales preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Valid driver's license.
