Sales Representative

to join our team based in Calgary, Alberta.


Reporting to the

Sales & Marketing Manager,

you will support Centurion's sales efforts by identifying potential customers, maintaining & building customer relationships, and promoting the Company's surface rentals business lines. This role will collaborate closely with senior sales staff, operations, and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Core Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads through networking and market research. Maintain a pipeline of potential clients in various industries. Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or product demonstrations. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Ensure regular follow-up with customers to maintain satisfaction and uncover future opportunities. Work closely with senior sales representatives to support larger sales opportunities and cross-selling efforts. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals for potential clients. Participate in regular sales meetings, providing updates on progress toward sales targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered an asset. Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within oilfield rentals or a related service segment. Strong network of client relationships in drilling, completions, or related industry segments. Ability to speak in a public setting and confidently deliver presentations on Centurion's business lines. Ability to multi-task multiple projects and priorities, work under pressure and meet varied deadlines. Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and Social Media (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, LinkedIn). Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed.
