We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
Conduct outside sales activities to identify and engage potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies that align with business goals.
Leverage technology sales knowledge to present solutions that meet client needs.
Perform market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business development.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Experience in account management and business development is highly desirable.
Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is a plus.
Excellent analysis skills to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing leads and tracking performance.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
