Are you passionate about agriculture and equipment sales? Bobcat of Hamilton is seeking a

Sales Representative

to join our growing team and take charge of the

Niagara Region

, with a strong focus on the

agricultural market

.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent

top-tier shortline brands

including

BOSS Plows, Fisher, Greenworks Commercial, Hustler, Husqvarna

, and of course,

Bobcat

. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and providing tailored equipment solutions that support the success of farms and agricultural operations across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory, focusing on the agricultural sector Represent and promote a portfolio of high-quality shortline brands and Bobcat equipment Build long-term relationships with farmers, growers, and agri-businesses Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads through prospecting and field visits Conduct on-site product demonstrations and provide detailed equipment knowledge Prepare quotes, close deals, and support customers throughout the purchasing process Collaborate with service and parts departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in agricultural or heavy equipment Strong understanding of the agricultural market and farming operations Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage a sales territory independently Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Niagara Region
