Sales Representative - Truck Accessories Specialist

Location: Stittsville Trailers, Ottawa, ON

Sales Representative

to join our team and become the trusted expert in truck accessories, including tonneau covers, toolboxes, warning lights, and hitches. You will also be the direct support sales of snowplows, salters, and trailers(as needed).

What You'll Do:

Serve as the go-to specialist for customers seeking custom truck accessories that fit their needs and style Provide expert advice, product demonstrations, and personalized solutions to deliver an outstanding customer experience Answer inbound calls and welcome walk-in customers, guiding them to the right products and services Direct sales of snowplows, salters, and trailers through ongoing learning and support Manage scheduling of appointments and maintain organized calendars Process payments accurately and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in truck accessories to inform and educate customers
What We're Looking For:

Sales experience, preferably in automotive or truck accessories

Genuine passion for trucks and related equipment

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills Attention to detail and fast, accurate typing skills Friendly, approachable demeanor with experience using phone systems and providing excellent customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
