Job Description

Therm-O-Comfort is seeking a highly motivated individual to fulfill the role of Sales Representative to expand our market presence across Canada and the USA to bring high quality, eco-friendly solutions to new customers.

Therm-O-Comfort is an industry leader in manufacturing cellulose fibre insulation and other fibre-based products designed for energy efficiency, environmental protection and superior performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with distributors, builders, contractors, retailers and landscapers

Promote and sell products across assigned territories.

Maintain and grow existing customer relations through excellent service and communication

Conduct market research to ensure all sales activities comply with federal, state/provincial and local regulation in both Canada and the USA.

Stay informed about certification standards, labeling requirements and environmental or safety regulations relevant to our products.

Attend trade shows and industry events to represent Therm-O-Comfort

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotes, and product demos

Work with internal team to ensure pricing accuracy, delivery and customer satisfaction, and ensure all current compliance and regulatory standards are met

Qualifications:

Valid G License

Proven sales experience in building materials, construction, landscaping or environmental products

Knowledge of cellulose insulation, mulch and other fibre-based materials is a strong asset

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Ability to travel within Canada and across USA as required

What we offer:

Base salary of $55,000 + commission
