Sales Representative

The selected applicant will be our first dedicated sales hire and be reporting directly to the CEO. The job is a mix of remote, office and travel. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a candidate in the St. John\xe2\x80\x99s area. Tasks & Duties:

• Work with the team to execute the Go-To-Market Strategy
• Prospect outreach via email, LinkedIn, and telephone
• Engage with prospective clients to collect new information
• Create meaningful relationships with industry professionals
• Travel to industry conferences and on-site client meetings throughout Canada
• Log activities in the company CRM (salesforce)

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be driven to learn and have a growth mindset
• Must have a post-secondary degree, diploma or certification
• Must be a permanent resident of Canada
• Should have 18+ months of experience in one of the following areas: o Sales o Software o Energy, Mining or Oil & Gas Industry
• Must be able to independently complete tasks and stay organized
• Must have proficient reading, writing and communication skills
• Software industry and/or customer-facing experience is a plus

Location: St. John\xe2\x80\x99s, NL (remote and in-person with up to 10% travel) Job Type: Full-time Salary: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year Benefits:
