motivated, confident, and driven Sales Consultant

What You'll Be Doing
Engage walk-in and online customers, qualify their needs, and guide them through the vehicle buying process
Build strong relationships with clients and deliver a premium, no-pressure customer experience
Follow up with leads from phone, email, CRM, and social platforms
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives with confidence and professionalism
Work with management to structure deals, financing options, and trade-ins
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups using CRM software
Stay knowledgeable on inventory, market pricing, and current promotions
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
Sales experience (automotive, retail, or B2B is an asset but not required)
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Willingness to learn financing, compliance, and product knowledge
Valid driver's license
Previous automotive sales experience is a plus -- but the right mindset matters more than experience.
