We currently have an exciting opportunity as Sales Representative, Plumbing/Mechanical.

This role is based in our Saskatchewan office, and reports to the Midwest Sales Manager.

Job purpose:

This position will manage the sales activity of our Mechanical piping products in the Province of Saskatchewan.

Key responsibilities:

• Promote IPEX products to ensure continued growth and to enhance IPEX's position as a market leader through regular visits to a diverse customer base of wholesalers, contractors, engineering consultants and end-users.
• Secure specifications at the engineering level, cultivate strategic partnerships with distributors and contractors and to develop a strong presence with major end-users will be instrumental for success

Experience and Qualifications:

• Completion of a high school diploma
• Minimum of 2 years' successful experience in sales and marketing activities within the construction or industrial industries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Proven excellent communication and presentation skills
• The ability to work independently and as a team player with strong self-motivation; and
• Willingness for overnight travel (estimated at 40% of the time)
