What You'll Do:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Understand customer needs and recommend suitable GM vehicles Conduct test drives and highlight vehicle features and benefits Guide customers through the sales process, from inquiry to closing Maintain product knowledge across all GM makes and models Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
What We're Looking For:

Previous automotive or retail sales experience preferred (but not required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive, motivated, and team-oriented attitude Professional appearance and work ethic Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to learn GM product knowledge and sales techniques
