Sales Representative
to join our dynamic team. This role is commission-based, offering significant earning potential for a high performer. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and representing our brand with professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating long-term value through client success.
Duties
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals.
Present and promote artwork, merchandise, and services to potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress.
Collaborate with the studio team to align sales strategies with brand goals.
Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to inform strategy.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar commission-based role.
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, client-focused approach.
Ability to manage multiple prospects and clients simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools is an asset.
Knowledge or interest in the art world or creative industries is a plus.
