Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through outside sales initiatives, developing new business opportunities, and managing existing accounts. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while leveraging technology and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities



Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management. Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets. Engage in business development efforts by identifying potential clients and market opportunities. Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies that align with sales objectives. Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and analyzing sales data. Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits to effectively communicate value to customers. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements



Pharmaceutical Packaging experience is a must. Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable. Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to understand technical products is a plus. Proficient analytical skills for evaluating sales performance and market trends. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage. A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service while achieving sales goals.
