In this role you will generate leads, build client relationships, conduct on-site assessments, present tailored roofing and exterior solutions (residential & commercial) and close contracts that deliver value and quality to homeowners and businesses alike.

What you'll do:

Prospect and qualify leads in Calgary and surrounding region Conduct on-site inspections/consultations Present solutions for residential and commercial roofs, siding and other exterior needs. Prepare proposals, negotiate and close deals Collaborate with project manager to ensure smooth delivery Hit quarterly/annual sales targets
What we're looking for:

Minimum 2-3 years outside sales experience (home services/construction is an asset) Comfortable in a field-based role with travel across Calgary area Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills Tech-savvy and quick to learn new solutions Valid driver's licence and a transport vehicle.
