Sales Representative
to help us grow.
What You'll Be Doing
Walking into storefronts and commercial businesses to speak directly with owners or managers
Delivering a confident, respectful pitch that introduces Olive Tree Builds' services
Booking qualified meetings for the CEO
Sending follow-up messages (email/text) using pre-approved templates
Logging outreach activity in our CRM system (Salesforce & Discord)

Experienced in sales, especially door-to-door or cold outreach
Strong at handling objections and building urgency
Independent and proactive-you take initiative without being told
Open to feedback and want to grow your skills
Professional in appearance, tone, and follow-through

Compensation Package
Marketing Budget:
$500/month (for business cards, flyers, tools, etc.)
Commission:
Potential to exceed base salary through performance
Additional compensation details will be shared with candidates selected for an interview.
Requirements
Basic CRM knowledge (Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, etc...)
Comfortable with face-to-face outreach and lead generation
Professional email and phone communication skills
Familiarity with Olive Tree Builds' services (we'll train you)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
