Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and communicative individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. This role is focused on converting inquiries from various social media platforms into successful client relationships. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responding to inquiries, providing information, and guiding them through the onboarding or purchasing process.

Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to messages and inquiries from platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook Engage with leads using provided scripts, materials, and brand voice guidelines Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services Record interactions and sales progress in internal spreadsheets Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction Follow up on leads and nurture long-term relationships where applicable

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Familiarity with using social media platforms for communication and brand engagement Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Previous experience in customer service, online sales, or social media engagement is an asset Flexible schedule and ability to respond during peak engagement times is preferred
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
