Duties



Conduct outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure mutually beneficial deals Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence Manage existing accounts to ensure customer retention and satisfaction Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or service improvements Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally

Experience



Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively Business development experience with the ability to identify growth opportunities Account management expertise to foster long-term client relationships Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales initiatives Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights Prior experience in technology or industrial sales is advantageous but not mandatory
