We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through outside sales efforts, developing new business opportunities, and managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for technology sales, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients in both English and Spanish.
Duties
Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and close deals
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts through effective account management
Engage in business development initiatives to identify new market opportunities
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and analyzing sales data
Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance outreach efforts
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Leverage analysis skills to assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Participate in technical sales presentations, showcasing product features and benefits

Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales or outside sales is preferred
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures
Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to understand technical concepts
Experience in account management and business development is a plus
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and market dynamics
