As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, from initial inquiries to finalizing sales, while building long-lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences.
Conduct thorough presentations of vehicle features and benefits, emphasizing value and quality.
Manage the sales pipeline effectively by following up with leads and maintaining customer relationships.
Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate smooth transactions and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
Stay informed about market trends, inventory availability, and competitor offerings.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities in the dealership's CRM system.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
Experience
Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus for serving diverse clientele.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for cars and knowledge of automotive products is beneficial.
