We are a growing flooring retail store located in Richmond, BC. Our products are imported directly from trusted overseas suppliers, allowing us to offer excellent pricing and value to our customers. We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our client base.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cold calling and visiting potential clients in person to promote and sell our flooring products. We provide qualified sales leads, and you will also be expected to generate your own opportunities through active outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients
Visit construction sites and client locations in person
Follow up on warm leads and develop long-term client relationships
Prepare and present quotes and close deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications
Compensation:
$20/hour base salary (during 3-month probation)
8% commission on gross revenue from your sales
Base salary may be increased after probation if sales targets are consistently met
Requirements:
Mandatoryprevious sales experience (flooring experience is a strong asset)
Self-motivated, honest, and proactive
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must have your own vehicle and be willing to travel to client locations regularly
Mileage reimbursement is
not
provided during the probation period
Ability to work Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (hours are flexible and result-driven)
