We are a leading restoration company expanding into the ICI construction sector. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to drive business growth and strengthen our market presence through strong industry connections and proactive client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the restoration and ICI construction sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, consultants, engineers, and general contractors.
Represent the company in meetings, bid processes, and client presentations.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective client communication and follow-ups.
Contribute to brand development and long-term client relationships.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or business development within the construction or restoration industry.
Established network within the ICI, condominium, and property management sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and strategic in approach.
Compensation:
Commission-based, with a negotiated percentage of project profits.
