Position Overview:

We are seeking a

high-performing Sales Representative

to join our Asian Market Division. Reporting to the ON Sales Manager - Asian Market & Mainstream Market, you will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the Asian grocery retail segment across ON.

This is not a maintenance role -- we are looking for someone who thrives on

building strong relationships

with professionalism and passion.

Key Responsibilities:

Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and key business objectives. Actively promote and launch new products to drive category growth and market penetration. Build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions. Identify and act on opportunities to expand our product portfolio within client accounts. Professionally handle customer concerns to maintain best-in-class service levels. Support inventory health by proactively clearing short-dated items and minimizing product losses. Conduct regular competitive analysis and report market insights to leadership.

What We're Looking For:

Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to

sell, not just service

accounts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven to exceed expectations. Solid understanding of Asian grocery retail and consumer trends. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Must have access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license (mileage reimbursement provided).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in food sales, merchandising, or account management within the Asian grocery sector. Ability to communicate in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is a strong asset.
