Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate new leads and follow up with potential customers
Promote and sell a full suite of services:
Mobile plans & devices
Fiber internet packages
Smart home automation systems
(security, climate control, smart lighting, etc.)
Conduct in-person or virtual consultations to understand client needs
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing with clarity and confidence
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience (telecom, tech, or home services a plus)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Tech-savvy with an interest in smart home and wireless technologies
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

Pay: $35,500.00-$40,000.00 per year
